Gluten free products are classified as:

(a) Those which, in their natural form, do not contain gluten or their content is so small that it is not considered harmful
(b) Those from which gluten has been artificially removedIn our bakery, we prepare gluten-free bread (550 g), which consists of rice flour, potato and tapioca.

It is also suitable for a vegan diet as it does not contain eggs or dairy products, while maintaining its taste and texture.
